Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm and accept your order once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and we begin processing. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment — and where you have already paid, we will refund you.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change from time to time. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout, including M-PESA and, where available, Equity Jenga. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. We take care to price and describe products accurately; if we discover an obvious error, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Custom & personalised orders
Custom and personalised items are made to the specifications we agree with you (size, colours, materials, branding, or monogram). We may ask for a deposit before starting production, and once production has begun these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or differ from what was agreed. Please confirm your specifications carefully before we begin.
Product descriptions & images
Because our bags are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and are not defects. Product photos are representative, and on-screen colours may vary between devices.
Delivery & collection
We deliver across Nairobi and countrywide, or you can collect from our shop. Because destinations and sizes vary, delivery fees are confirmed separately unless stated otherwise. We’ll share estimated timelines when you order; while we aim to meet them, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered or collected.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Returns Policy. In short: contact us within 24 hours if an item arrives faulty or not as described, and note that custom or personalised pieces can only be returned if they are faulty.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — including our name, logo, text, and images — belongs to Kafrasa Collection and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Our liability
We take care to provide quality products and an accurate website, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
